Over the summer we came together with some amazing vendors to create this modern, playful, colorful editorial on the top of 620 Loft

We love a New York City wedding and seeing unique celebrations at iconic venues. Today we're sharing a fresh modern and bright garden party editorial shot at 620 Loft + Garden at the Rockefeller Center by Fine Art Curation member, Anna Gianfrate.

Anna explains: "Set against the stunning architectural backdrop of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, this editorial showcases the best of local designers and vendors and celebrates old-world glamour and modern elegance with organic floral design, a bright palate, and contemporary elements."

The show-stopping floral design from Nicole Absher and perspex styling details set the scene for fresh modern shoot. Nicole features yellow and orange Icelandic poppies, tulips, roses, ranunculus and peonies amongst lots of other lush spring bounty. A striking floral frame was created for the ceremony, featuring a rainbow of flowers that contrast beautifully with the backdrop of St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

From the flower-filled perspex bar and colourful custom cocktails to the modern Alexandra Grecco gown and chic stationery from Nikisha King, this gorgeous editorial shows how to do a contemporary city wedding in style.
